Our shirts are athletic fit, made from super soft, ring-spun cotton or poly/cotton blend premium fabric. If you are between sizes or prefer a more relaxed fit, make sure to order a size up. If this is your first order with RotoWear or you are unfamiliar with athletic fit t-shirts, we recommend ordering a size up. For specific measurements, a size guide is accessible on each shirt’s product page. Machine wash inside out on cold water only, do not bleach, and do not iron. Hang dry or tumble dry on low heat to prevent any potential shrinkage.
All RotoWear shirts are proudly screen-printed in the USA with high-quality plastisol ink, unless otherwise indicated. A small selection of older designs are printed digitally with the latest DTG technology, as indicated on their product page. Please note that product images on our website may be computer-generated, and colors and appearance might vary slightly from the physical product.
Typically, our products are printed and shipped within 1-9 business days. Standard shipping time on domestic orders is typically 3-6 business days. Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, production and shipping times may be delayed. While many orders ship within 1-2 business days, please be aware that fulfillment may take slightly longer on popular new releases or products that are restocking. Items from the same order might be shipped separately. We are not responsible for delivery issues on orders where the shipping address was inputted incorrectly – please make sure to review your information and let us know of any changes as soon as possible. Shipping addresses must only consist of English letters/characters. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make any modifications.
We currently ship to over 240 countries throughout the world. Unfortunately, we are no longer shipping to the United Kingdom at this time due to Brexit regulations. As of September 3, 2021, USPS has temporarily suspended First Class International Package shipments to Australia and New Zealand due to COVID-19 regulations. We will resume shipping to Australia and New Zealand as soon as we are able to. Please expect longer delivery times with international orders. We are not responsible for failed deliveries on international orders – be sure that the shipping address provided is completely accurate to ensure that you receive your package. We highly recommend that you include your phone number on international orders so that you will be able to be reached in the event of a delivery or customs issue.
If your item has arrived defective, please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving the product so we can provide you with a replacement.
Most RotoWear shirts in new condition (unworn/unwashed) may be returned or exchanged, within 10 days of their delivery date. At this time, only orders within the U.S. are eligible for returns or exchanges. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to be processed. To be eligible for a return, the items must be unworn with no damage, deodorant marks, scent/odor or pet hair. After inspection, all approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. The item(s) are refunded for their original purchase price (less shipping costs). Please allow 3-5 business days for exchanges to be inspected, processed, and shipped back out. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error, in which a refund of the shipping charges will be provided after examination of the product. In the event that you received the incorrect product or size, all refunds/exchanges are processed and sent out with no additional shipping costs to you.
All mystery shirt sales, along with pre-order and fundraiser sales are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged. All hat, face mask, and bat mug sales are final.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your RotoWear purchase. If your order is eligible for a return or exchange, if we’ve made a mistake, or the item arrived defective, please contact us at email@example.com and we’ll do our best to make things right.
If you decide you'd like to cancel an order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has begun the fulfillment process, we are unable to make any cancellations or changes.
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. The customer is responsible for any import VAT, taxes & fees.
If you have a promotional code/coupon or gift card, simply enter the code when prompted during your checkout process. Your total will adjust automatically. Please be aware that not all products are eligible for discount.
All pre-order and fundraiser sales are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged. If your pre-order purchase contains additional products, your order will not ship until the pre-order item is ready to be sent out.
