Shipping policy

Typically, our products are printed and shipped within 1-9 business days. Standard shipping time on domestic orders is typically 3-6 business days. While many orders ship within 1-2 business days, please be aware that fulfillment may take slightly longer on popular new releases or products that are restocking, as well as during the busiest times of the year. Items from the same order might be shipped separately. We are not responsible for delivery issues on orders where the shipping address was inputted incorrectly – please make sure to review your information and let us know of any changes as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make any modifications. We do not guarantee delivery dates and we are not responsible for delays in transit by USPS, UPS, FedEx or any other carrier.

We currently ship to over 240 countries throughout the world. Unfortunately, we are no longer shipping to the United Kingdom at this time due to Brexit regulations. Shipping addresses must only consist of English letters/characters. We highly recommend that you include your phone number on international orders so that you will be able to be reached in the event of a delivery or customs issue. We are not responsible for failed deliveries on international orders – be sure that the shipping address provided is completely correct to ensure that you receive your package.

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. The customer is responsible for any import VAT, taxes & fees.
